Peter has earned industry distinctions and earned credentials as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Peter is an active member of the CRS Grass Root Advisory Panel where he advises members of the Council of Residential Specialists. He received extensive training in real estate and is very knowledgeable about real estate marketing and investment strategies.

Peter made the commitment to become a full time real estate professional after a long and successful career in hi-tech as a corporate executive and entrepreneur in the computer software and Internet industry. Peter has corporate experience as the President of a venture funded internet business, and as a business executive at Citibank, Disney, and Microsoft. This experience helped Peter develop extensive business and marketing skills and excel in negotiating strategically for the best results and successfully closing business transactions. His clients appreciate his diligence, integrity, consultation, proactive nature and his commitment to serve their best interests.

Peter graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a BA degree from the College of Letters & Science, with an emphasis on Computer Science. He furthered his education in Marketing at the HAAS School of Business. Peter is a dedicated father, and enthusiastic about life and many sports, especially golf.

Susan is a dedicated, hard-working full time real estate professional. Susan grew up in New York, graduated with a BS in Psychology and enjoys helping clients prepare their homes for maximum appeal.
