A Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) is a real estate agent with an outstanding level of achievement in the profession. CRS® is the highest designation awarded to an agent in residential real estate. Only 3% of Realtors have this distinguished designation.
The Accredited Buyer Representative designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who have the educational and practical experience required to provide the best service to home buyers.
The SFR® Certification is awarded to Realtors with experience and skills to assist sellers with short sales and avoid foreclosure. Sellers who are left no choice but to go after short sales will benefit from the knowledge and guidance that a SFR® Certified Realtor can provide.
CBPS® members are specially trained as market pricing experts and produce Broker Price Opinion (BPO) reports for banks and other financial institutions for resale and foreclosure property valuations.
Seniors Real Estate Specialists are Realtors qualified to address the needs of seniors. SRES Realtors have the knowledge and expertise to counsel senior citizens through the financial and lifestyle transitions involved in buying or selling their home.
Only real estate licensees who are members of the National Association of Realtors® are properly called Realtors®. Realtors® are committed to honesty, a strict code of ethics, and maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.
e-Pro Realtors are real estate professionals who are prepared to employ the latest Internet and Web technologies for your benefit. e-Pro Realtors are skilled in the use of tools for electronic communications including email, text messaging and the using electronic documents.
The TRC designation is awarded by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA) to real estate professionals who serve clients looking to buy or sell real property outside their own country. All TRCs adhere to an international professional code of conduct.
